First off, we treat your shingles with chemicals that kill algae and moss to the root.  No damaging pressure washers are used in our process.  The chemicals are applied with specialized pumps that can spray over 30 feet.  As a result we typically don’t even need to walk your roof.  Our technicians set up a ladder and spray from the gutter line moving the ladder as needed.  A gentle stream of cleaning solution coats the roof at the same pressure as your garden hose.  Our solution deep cleans your shingles and you have a clean roof!  Afterwards all chemicals are reclaimed through the gutter system and removed from the property.  Also our results are instant, beware of roof cleaners who promise results over time.
